Ergonomics is the process of arranging and designing systems, processes and workstations for workers to perform their tasks efficiently while minimizing the risk of injury or harm. Biomechanics is the science of movement with particular consideration to how the tissues and joints produce movement.
Don’t forget your manufacturing and shipping teams. They too are affected by their workstations and the repetitive movements they perform. Changes in your employees posture and mobility impact your company with reduced productivity, reduced employee job satisfaction and a higher employee turnover.
When ergonomics and biomechanics are coupled together individual interactions with products, systems and environments that may have been contributing to years of micro-traumas that result in overuse injuries can be addressed and improved. Essentially it is a creating pain-free environment to work in for your employees.
Wellness Warrior provides ergonomic assessments of workstations, including, manufacturing workstations and processes.

Sound is all around us. A Wellness Warrior Sound Bath is an amazing addition to any Company Expo, Wellness Retreat or a part of a regular Wellness Program.
Sound has been shown in scientific studies to lower blood pressure, heart rate and have a calming effect on your parasympathetic nervous system.
This is an entirely receptive process; participants lie down comfortably and bathe in the music, ‘live’ sounds and guided visualization.
The session commences with a short guided breathing exercise with vocal toning to relax the whole body with a backing track of music. Then participants are surrounded and bathed in the sounds of chimes, tuning forks, drum, ocean drum, bells, crystal and Tibetan bowls and more.
They are an easy and enjoyable way for your employees to experience the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace. Combined with guidance, the effects of the frequencies of sounds, and TJ’s voice, a sound bath experience has the ability to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve focus and problem solving
Boost mood and mindfulness
Increase relaxation and better sleep
Other companies that are utilizing sound baths, meditation retreats and other alternative stress-reduction practices to improve their employees health, wellbeing and productivity include: Apple, Google, Lincoln, Lululemon, Microsoft, Oprah Magazine, The Reuben Museum of Art, Samsung, SoulCycle and many others.
